If a person, or company, has enough of these non-injury accidents, sooner or later these small incidences will turn into a disabling type injury which is accompanied by pain and suffering. Not to mention, the potential loss of income during the time off as the state statue only allows a person to receive 2/3 of their pay. There are some waiting periods involved as well.
