GANA Updates Bylaws of the Association
The GANA bylaws went through
a revision in December. The revised
bylaws, approved by the membership of the
organization, include the following changes:

Each Division may set
criteria for membership in the Division,
with Board approval.

One company may now have
no more than two representatives on the GANA
Board of Directors (as opposed to one
previously), but each representative must
serve in different Divisions, and they may
not both serve as officers of the
organization at the same time.
