GANA Announces Consolidated Educational Conference

(TOPEKA) - The Glass Association of North America (GANA), an international trade association of glass and glazing manufacturers, fabricators and glazing contractors, announced the consolidation of its two educational conferences into a single event in 2008. The Glass Fabrication & Glazing Educational Conference will take place at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on April 21-23, 2008.

“This of the former Glass Fabrication and Contract Glazing Educational Conference will enable us to continue to provide the outstanding educational seminars while maximizing resources for our members and attendees,” said Greg Carney, GANA’s Technical Director. “Hosting a conference for those new to glass fabrication, along with new project managers and estimators allows a synergy which will maximize the potential for all attendees looking to make a big impact.”

The 2008 Glass Fabrication & Glazing Educational Conference will feature joint sessions on architectural flat glass technology as well as breakout sessions focused specifically to glass fabrication (insulating, laminating and tempering) and construction project estimating and management for glazing contractors.

Registration for the event will go online on the GANA website at www.glasswebsite.com later this year.  If you or your company are interested in presenting, please submit a presentation outline by clicking here.
