Cancellation Policy
Meeting Cancellation: The registration fee is refundable (minus a cancellation fee of $50) if notice of cancellation is received by October 15, 2012. After this date, no refund will be issued.

Suggested Attire
Dress to the meetings will be business casual.

Located adjacent to the Newark Airport hotel, the Renaissance Newark hotel has all the amenities for a business traveler.

Room Rates
GANA does not have a room block at the hotel, but reservations can be made by calling (800) HOTELS-1.
