Registration Fees
Conference fees are due when registering. Hotel reservations must be made through the GANA office to guarantee the conference rate.  To register, fill out the Conference Registration/Hotel Reservation Form (link is at the bottom of the page).

All Attendees - $99 per person

Registration fees provide entrance to all general sessions, indicated break-out session, group food and beverage functions (lunches, breaks and reception).

Suggested Attire
Dress to all meetings and functions will be business casual (slacks and sports shirts).

Conference Cancellation Policies
Refunds will not be offered to those canceling after April 11, 2011. Cancellation fees cover administration and food and beverage expenses guaranteed with the hotel.

ADA
Contact the GANA office for any ADA auxiliary requests.

Airport Transportation
The Kansas City International Airport is located just minutes away from the conference hotel. The Embassy Suites has a complimentary hotel shuttle that departs every 30 minutes to and from the airport.

Reservations
Complete the Conference Registration/Hotel Reservation Form for reservations at the Embassy Suites Kansas City International Airport. Reservations will be accepted based on availability. Rooms cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

TOUR OF AGC FLOAT GLASS PLANT
On Monday, May 2, join other conference attendees on a tour of the AGC float glass plant in Spring Hill, Kansas. Transportation will be provided to and from the tour, scheduled for Monday afternoon. From there, all attendees will receive a tour of the float glass plant. Sign-up on the conference registration page to attend this tour. It is free of charge and all registered fabricator and contract glazier attendees are welcome to attend. Make sure that everyone from your company attends this one of many educational opportunities during the conference.
