J.G.
Wilson, Inc. Custom-designed machinery and consulting has been our
business since 1990. Our equipment is in glass companies across the country
and in other industries. We build the equipment in our facilities in Memphis
where we have control over design, R & D, fabrication, quality, process
control, assembly, and testing/demo. Major products include various types of
conveyors and right-angle transfers; we make frequent use of vacuum for
glass handling. In addition to functionality, design efforts incorporate
features for longevity, low maintenance, component standardization, ease of
operation, and safety. As president, Jerry Wilson draws from over 40 years
of engineering experience with various glass fabrication companies. Process
experience includes tempering, cutting, free-fall, edge fabrication,
drilling, silk screening, mirror manufacturing, and familiarity with other
aspects (such as AG, IG, Lami, & solar).
