     Glass Coatings and Concepts LLC, located in Monroe, Ohio, was formed in April, 2003 as a result of the purchase of the Ceramic Division of General Color & Chemical Co., Inc, by The Shepherd Color Company of Cincinnati, Ohio. Glass Coatings & Concepts LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Shepherd Color Company, will continue to manufacture the complete line of decorative/functional glass enamel products formerly produced by General Color. The glass enamel products can be applied by screen printing, roll coating, or spray application for the appliance, architectural and automotive glass industries. In addition, Glass Coatings & Concepts will focus on developing future products desired by the glass industry. Our new office, laboratory and manufacturing complex was opened in July, 2003 and will be completely operational by the first quarter of 2004.
